Spring Spinach Salad

June 1, 2016 Josh Rosenstein

With the first days of heat the strawberries are starting to ripen. Meanwhile, we are still enjoying the last tender spinach leaves of spring before the spinach gets too hot and bolts.

Ingredients
Spinach
Strawberries
Purple Onion
Almond Slivers
Feta cheese
Your Favorite Vinaigrette
Instructions
1. Combine these two delicious seasonal treats.
2. Top with feta, thin slices of purple onion, and almond slivers.
3. Sprinkle your favorite fruit flavored vinaigrette, some quality olive oil, and bonus points if you try a maple syrup drizzle.
