My Story

I’m Josh Rosenstein, founder of Edible Eden Foodscapes.

For over a decade, I worked hands-on designing and building edible landscapes for homeowners, schools, and communities — helping people turn their yards into productive, beautiful food systems.

Through that work, I saw firsthand how powerful it can be when people reconnect with growing their own food — not just for sustainability, but for health, learning, and daily life.
