In this 60–90 minute session, we’ll walk through your property or existing garden together over Zoom or on your phone.

You show me your site, and I’ll bring my over 30 years of experience to your space and help you understand how to work with your land — I’ll assess things like sunlight and shade, how water moves through your landscape, current vegetation/soil conditions, and help you identify microclimates.

I’m Josh Rosenstein, founder of Edible Eden Foodscapes.

For over 10 years, I designed and installed edible landscapes and ecological gardens for homeowners, businesses and schools; helping people transform their yards into productive, beautiful food systems. I also have over 30 years of professional experience working with plants of all kinds; from Organic vegetable farming to conventional landscaping, Retail nursery sales to all sorts of agriculture. Along with my earthworks background, I have worked in a whole slew of commercial kitchens from fine dining restaurants to retreat center kitchens to value added product production lines.
