Roasted Delicata Squash with Ground Cherries

INGREDIENTS
2-4 Delicata Squash
1 Pint Ground Cherries
Pat of Butter
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Cut squash sideways and scoop out seeds
3. Add husked, cleaned ground cherries, brown sugar and a pat of butter per half squash
4. Add salt and pepper to taste (consider adding a dash of chipotle or cinnamon for a real flavor treat)
5. Roast squash for 40 minutes or until soft and cherries are stewed.
6. Serve with just about anything!
